These are some watercolor illustrations for a small narrative childrens book I was working on at school. There are 8 total illustrations, but I'm just posting 4 of them. The story is about a bored girl who has nobody to play with. Suddenly..... well I'll keep it a little secret for know.

Pencil & Graphite.... Pheromones and shadows.

These are 2 pieces done in pencil and graphite. The top one is Pheromones (Love)..... and the bottom was an assignment dealing with shadows. I really like the top one...... Zombie love.

Hunt- Stop Motion Final

This is Hunt...... my Final in my Stop Motion class at Massart....... my puppet comes alive and hunts down it's maker. In the film, it doesn't literally happen.

Old High School GraffitiBook

A couple page from my old high school graffiti book......... Back then I used to do other peoples characters, mixed in with my own graffiti...Dragon Ball Z and The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman.

Comic Book 2 Opus

Comic Book 1 Zombies

A few pages from my zombie comic book for illustration portfolio......... A few more weeks and it's graduation time. Got to get this stuff to the printers. Every panel is a different medium, just trying to replicate my overall portfolio.

First Postcards

My first run of postcards. They are movie posters for my animations, coming to a theater near you.... not really!

New Graffiti Book: Gremlin & Sons Auto Body

This is a new piece from my book. I've always been interested in mechanical objects and also cars. It says "Gremlin and Sons Auto Body". The "Gremlin" is in the wild style graffiti on the back wall. The " & Sons Auto Body" is in the mechanical car parts all over the place. As always, it's done in Prismacolor markers.

Famous Portrait- Larry King

Illustration 4, Famous Portrait, Larry King................ Maybe I'm still in my Zombie phase, but when I heard we had to do a famous portrait Larry King popped in my mind. He always looks like a rotting corps......... this was done in Gouache and Colored Pencil.

New Book Graffiti

The top piece says "Galactic Graff Style Wars"........... I felt like doing a space piece.. I mixed marker with acrylic paint to get the stars and galaxies in the background. The bottom piece says "Shiva Shantis Graffiti Horror Show".

Shaken Baby Syndrome..... SBS

Illustration 4, Shaken Baby Syndrome............ We had to do an illustration to an article on Shaken Baby Syndrome, not the greatest subject in the world and I hate drawing babies.

Beneath The Dragon

Illustration 4, Beneath The Dragon........... We had to do an illustration for an article/story called Beneath The Dragon. Interesting story about post-pardon depression......... although it was a little difficult to gather ideas. This was my first illustration in Acrylic Paint.

Communication Illustration

Illustration 4 Communication............ We had to do an illustration on communication, for some reason I kept thinking of leaflets dropped from air planes. They're dropping pictures of bombs..... get it. They're bombing them and dropping leaflets of bom............. oh, never mind.

Watercolor

This is a watercolor piece I did of a small sculpture at the MFA...... I then put it in an article context....... I think it looks pretty good.... However this is not a commission piece.

"Shiva Shanti Writes 4all Eternity"

This is a colored pencil piece I did about 5 years ago. One of my first colored pencil pieces, I was still experimenting with my graffiti styles. It says "Shiva Shanti Writes 4all Eternity"

DVD..... Volume 1

DVD Cover and Insert......... Not much to say about these, Kept the cover similar to my business cards. The insert is just a frame from Zombie Marches. I was really happy to get my work on to the MassArt Squeling Pegs DVD........ Which is available at MassArt for anybody interested in some KICKASS Animation.

Bruce LeeRoy

This is a little digital mix. It's done in Illustrator and colored pencils. The dragon spells "dragon" in 3d graffiti.

Above are some ALMOST finished frames of death and parachutes...... below is a scene with some random in-progress footage.

Jim and Jimmy

Homework for my word and image class...... We had to create characters and match them up with their type face....... I'm not a huge fan, but they came out alright...... done in Gouache.

Watercolor Mummy Pills

A watercolor doodle....... this was done a couple years ago when I was first practicing watercolor........ I hate watercolor........... The idea behind this is basically myself coming out of pills..... I was taking a lot pills back then because of my Crohns Disease..... I soon stopped taking my pills and actually started to feel better...... So I've broken the mummy pill bandages.. ; )

High School Graffiti Black Book..... My old Graffiti Work!!!!

The bottom piece says "Shiva Shanti writes 4life with true graff passion"......... It's a lot but all there in some kind of graffiti writing

The top piece says "My horror show Night of The Living Dead"......... The theme was a crazy grave yard horror graffiti scene....... I seem to do stuff like this a lot.

Watercolor Doodle Dump

Some various watercolor doodles...... I haven't done much watercolor....... So, I view this as practice work.......... I guess everything is practice work as we all grow in life...... okay..... that was my fortune cookie for the day.
